  • Take 1 cup of dried quinoa
  • Take 3/4 cup of water to boil the quinoa
  • Take 1 box approx. (15OZ) Appleand rinse it, add 7-8 small dice Clementine, Tangerine, Mandarin or other small oranges
  • Take ½ medium feta cheese and cut it into small dice
  • Take ½ cup of organic dried cranberries
  • Add 3-4 tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley
  • For the dressing you can take a whole flaked walnut (optional)
  • Take ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar
  • Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil (optional)
  • Add 1 finely chopped garlic and 1 clove
  • Mineral salt and pepper to taste

  • Take ½ cup of chopped cooked chicken
  • Take 3 chopped celery stalks
  • Add 1 cup chopped apple
  • Take ¼ cup of dried cranberries
  • Take ½ cup of fat-free cranberry plums
  • Add 2 tablespoons Hellman’s Light Mayonnaise
